Comments: Mike was amazing with info over the phone, then a home visit on his way home as it was end of the day and 2 hour away to discuss options came the next day and fixed the issue he came as scheduled on Saturday and fixed the issue perfectly Very personable, reasonable rates, and pretty quick, communication all along the way What I liked the best was the discussion on the phone prior that gave me the comfort level he was top shelf Heck?s gave me a two year warranty on parts and labor, no one does that! Plus he was professional, polite and keenly aware of our situation and needs He us now in our family and will be shared with the list serve neighborhood. 12/06/2025

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
Comments: I highly recommend this company for their knowledge and experience in dealing with plumbing issues. I had a water leak in the main water line from the meter to the house. I had some reservation that the plumber could find the leak let alone fixing it. I could tell he knew about different materials that go into plumbing, which is important to fix it right and guarantee the job. On a side note, he was pleasant and friendly. 12/05/2025

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Comments: Within 15 minutes of contacting, you and getting a list of 4 local contractors their office called. A plumber, Michael, arrived within an hour, on a Saturday! He assured me, my water heater did not need to be replaced, but another small tank did. He came back that same day and replaced that little tank, and brought in the part that was worn out, rusted and corroded to show me. He was pleasant, friendly, prompt and respectful. If I could rate this company higher than a 5 it would definitely deserve it. I'm sure I'll use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. 11/23/2025

Comments: We finally called a plumber to replace a corroded bathroom faucet. At the same time, some repairs that we had been meaning to get to for a while. Corroded pipes under the house and a dripping faucet. Modern Plumbing of the Triangle was able to come promptly and fix the problems expertly. Comments: Mike was great to work with. He gave me a fair price, didn't try to oversell me and was very knowledgable. He was quick to come by for a FREE quote and quick to schedule the service. I felt like the time the service took was legitimate and that he took care to not damage my home. I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing of the Triad and will definitely use them again when I need plumbing work. 09/11/2025
